THIS was ME.   

Knife in hand, chef coat on, commanding a kitchen like my life depended on it, because in a lot of ways, it did. For nearly three decades, I built my entire sense of worth on performing competence.  Being the best. Being needed. Never stopping.

Then it all fell apart. Everything I'd built my identity on crumbled into nothing.

It was only when I took off the chef coat that I began to question who I actually was underneath it. That collapse, the one that looked like failure from the outside, is where I found the gold.

Today I'm a Certified Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Somatic Breathwork Facilitator. My work is built on one belief: radical transformation comes through alignment with yourself, and authentic power is felt, not intellectualized. I built my mentorship program because I needed it myself first, and because I know exactly what it costs to perform your worth instead of feeling it.
